Train to Perform is a dynamic, inclusive training program designed specifically for Indigenous youth athletes of all sports, as well as teens who are new to fitness and looking to build a strong foundation. This dryland training program focuses on conditioning, strength, coordination, agility, and overall athletic performance through circuit-style workouts that challenge and inspire. Participants will develop physical fitness, mental resilience, and confidence in a safe, supportive, and culturally respectful environment. Whether you're preparing for your next season or just starting your fitness journey, Train to Perform helps youth grow stronger both inside and out.
