In collaboration with the MASRC staff and respective Coaches, Team Managers will play a key leadership role in supporting their assigned team throughout the 2027 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) cycle. Team Managers are responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and well-being of athletes on their team. This includes logistical planning, communication, and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures set forth by the Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC), the NAIG Council, and the 2027 Host Society.
Each Team Manager will be assigned to one team and will work closely with coaching staff and chaperones to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for all athletes.

This role requires a significant time investment from selection through to post-Games wrap-up. Flexibility, reliability, and commitment are essential.
