Softball Canada Seeking an Indigenous Long Term Athlete Development Consultant
Softball Canada is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Softball Canada Indigenous Long-Term Athlete Pathway Consultant who will report to the Manager, Long Term Player Development Programs, and work closely with support partners Sport for Life and Aboriginal Sport Circle.
The primary role of the consultant is to work alongside the Manger LTPD Programs while developing a sport specific Indigenous Long-Term Player Development framework. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the areas of softball, LTAD and have established networks/connections among Indigenous communities and organizations.
