The Cultural Village for the North American Indigenous Games will be located on the Halifax Common and will be a highlight of Summer 2020. This beautiful display of Indigenous culture and youth sport will be where people come to gather and celebrate past traditions along with contemporary activities, all against a backdrop of world class music.

The Cultural Village will come alive in both theme and atmosphere as it bustles with activity and the sights and sounds of culture, sport and ceremony. The thousands of visitors will be able to browse through a marketplace of authentic arts and crafts, traditional foods, and unique products.

Vendor Information:
The marketplace will be located within the Cultural Village area of NAIG. You will have the opportunity to be part of a select group of Indigenous vendors to showcase your authentic arts, crafts, foods* and unique products.
*Food items must be cultural food items

Vendor Booth Fee is $100.00 per booth and includes:
10' x 10' booth space in a commercial tent (includes one table and two chairs, 8.5" x 11" vendor sign) and one electrical outlet (15 amp)
Vendor spaces cannot be shared or transferred between two artisans.
Vendors can purchase more than one space for a larger displays

Additional Services:
If you require additional tables and/or chairs, there will be an additional cost of $10.00/table and $5.00/chair. This request must be made in advance.
Additional electricity may be available for $75.00 per 15 amp outlet.
WIFI/ internet may not be available

Vendor Marketplace Hours of Operation:
Monday, July 13 12 pm - 9 pm
Tuesday, July 14 11 am - 9 pm
Wednesday, July 15 11 am - 9 pm
Thursday, July 16 11 am - 9 pm
Friday, July 17 11 am - 9 pm

Load In - Monday, July 13 - 9 am- 11 am- Booths must be set up by noon for opening hours.
Load Out - Saturday, July 18 - 9 am - 11 am (Tear Down must be completed by 11 am)
All items will need to be walked or carted to your vendor booth as driving is not permitted on Common grounds.

NAIG will have security on-site for the entire Cultural Village grounds. However, you are responsible for your own products and other valuables at your booth space.
